Let me introduce us<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are Karin & Flo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2001 I came in contact with the first Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Ctoret Beni\u2019s Ridges and Mehannas Mataco at Ulrike Lichtenauers house. A year later, a little Livernose was born at her Kennel `of Ka Ul Li\u2019s Ridges\u2018 and stayed \u2013 Hema of Ka Ul Li\u2019s Ridges.
Hema was somehow always my dog, even she lived the first 7 years with Ulrikes pack \u2013 due to my fulltime Job- and then she decided she wants to move in at my place for her retirement \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Hema passed away aged 14 years and 9 months a little female form Hungary \u2013 African Mashumba Asha moved in. She was in co-ownership with Ulrike too and the plan was, that she would have some litters at Ulrikes Kennel.  Asha combines all bloodlines used in Ulis Kennel in her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first year Asha was in \u2018Kindergarten\u2019  at Ulrikes place, then she was allowed to go to work with my husband and accompanies him every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulrike and I worked together for many years and shared the passion for dogs. Together we raised 17 litters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019 Ulrike suddenly passed away.  At that time 4 dogs were living at her place. 2 of them stayed with her Husband, one moved to a very, very dear friend and breeder in Switzerland and Zurimahali Fiona moved in with us. Fiona is also going to work every day now with Flo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We decided not to take over Ulrikes Kennel name, it is her lifetime work, her legacy and it will always be hers. We will keep up the homepage www.ka-ul-lis-ridges.com<\/a> for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we will keep going on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We registered our own Kennel Name: Hemas Hellhounds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why this name \u2013 i think the first part is very obvious \u2013because of Hema of Ka Ul Li\u2019s Ridges, for the second part \u2013 this is somehow a mix of Asha and Hema, Hema was called \u201eTeufelsroller\u201c, \u201ered devil\u201c,\u2026. Asha has the nicknames \u201eMonster\u201c, \u201epaprika queen\u201c, \u2026 someone dear once said \u2013 you and your dogs from hell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
